Churchkhela is a candle-shaped candy, which has its origin in Georgia and has an important place in the Georgian and Anatolian cuisine. It is made from regional grapes of Gaziantep. Butterfly-shaped walnut halves are threaded onto a string, dipped in grape must, and then dried.
